To help people lead their co-workers, serve customer and collaborate with colleagues, he has found 20 communication keys, 3 superpowers, a completely new goal setting model and 13 motivational boosters.

Antoni is an author of 12 books, the latest is called “Employee engagement – 20 keys to outstanding workplace communication”

Antoni is also a highly skilled MC, working cross industries.

Fun fact: In 2019, Antoni came 3rd in the Swedish championship of Storytelling
