Caitlin De Ville is a Zambian-born, internationally acclaimed electric violinist celebrated for her energetic performance style, genre-bending sound and fearless stage presence. Fiercely proud of her roots, she has performed across the world for royalty, presidents and global leaders, bringing her unique musical fusion to stages in more than 20 countries including Austria, Germany, Ghana, Kuwait, Romania, Spain, Thailand, Turkey, the UAE, the USA and throughout Southern Africa.

Caitlin’s journey began in Zambia, where—without formal instruction—she taught herself to play violin through early internet resources before YouTube or Google existed. Free from traditional constraints, she transitioned quickly from acoustic to electric violin and developed a style deeply influenced by both mainstream and underground culture. Her performances combine music, choreography, dramatic flair and cutting-edge technology, creating an immersive experience that is as visual as it is sonic.

A pioneer in digital-first performance, Caitlin has built one of South Africa’s most subscribed YouTube channels, accumulating more than 7 million views.
