She is also a Facilitator, Speaker, Content Producer & Host of her own podcast, Braving It.
After a fortuitous tenure in the field of marketing, during which Lerato was in the employ of various global brands like MTN and Cisco Systems, she utilised her wealth of experience and her natural business acumen to pursue her business interests.
She is currently the CEO of Eccentrics Visual Arts Agency, a corporate photography, videography, motion graphics and animation agency. Lerato Ditshego is also a Director at Ruby Stone Boutique Hotel, a 4-star graded facility nestled in heart of Polokwane, Limpopo. Both these businesses are a reflection of her interests and pursuit for multiple streams of income.
Braving It is a podcast where compelling, purpose-driven and inspirational content is unpacked. The content unpacked pertains to people’s lived experiences as it relates to human emotions like self-doubt, anxiety, fear, rejection, imposter syndrome, ego and looks at turning those into healthy enablers. She is on a journey to foster an EQ economy.
She is an astute scholar after graduating Cum Laude in a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management and achieving an overall ‘Top Student’ award at the renowned Regenesys School of Business in 2017.
She uses her passion for storytelling to ignite entrepreneurs and women professionals in the art of braving self-limiting beliefs by turning them into enabling healthy enablers.
