In June 2021, Mimi Nicklin founded the world’s first organisational empathy platform, Empathy Everywhere, which connects leaders, entrepreneurs and teams with empathy, why they need it and how to increase it. The platform houses content that has the power to change our businesses, our leadership mindset and our world.
Her branding and storytelling agency Freedm, the world’s most free advertising agency, is now one year old and has a team of 15 creative experts. The agency was founded to capitalise on the knowledge economy and prove that hybrid, remote working drives creativity and results.
The agency is aligned to the United Nations’ International Year of Creative Economy for Sustainable Development and offers freedom, empowerment and access to creative minds and clients, worldwide, without barriers of bias.
