Avron Urison is a medical doctor, entrepreneur, and strategic health, wellness, and habit change consultant with more than 30 years of experience in the health and wellness industry. His career spans clinical care, corporate wellness strategy, insurance innovation, and large-scale health programme design.

Dr Urison is the co-founder of AllLife, the world’s first life insurance company to provide life insurance to people living with HIV, a breakthrough that reshaped access and inclusion within the insurance industry. He has built and managed comprehensive wellness and chronic disease programmes across corporate and primary healthcare settings, including leading wellness divisions for large organisations with workforces exceeding 4,000 employees.

More recently, Dr Urison has advised and managed corporate Covid committees and workplace vaccination sites, guiding organisations through the uncertainty and complexity of the Covid pandemic. These experiences led to the development of his flagship corporate presentation, Coming Out of Covid: Recalibrating Our Health and Wellness Compass.
