Briony is the founder and Director of The Briony Liber Coaching Group (Pty) Ltd, a 100% female‑owned coaching firm established in 2017 in Johannesburg. Before transitioning into coaching, she held a leadership role in mining consultancy, partnering in an international resource firm and directing teams of scientists, a two‑decade trajectory that shaped her deep insight into STEM career dynamics.
As a certified Master Coach Practitioner through COMENSA, Briony Liber has coached more than 5,000 hours and supports individuals, teams, and organizations across Africa and Europe. Her specialized focus includes executive coaching, group mentoring, and career growth within technical industries such as mining, engineering, and construction.
