As the founder and managing director of the Mind Retirement Institute, she specializes in personal and leadership development, coaching, speaking, and holistic well-being interventions.
Puseletso Modimogale, known as Mindset Advocate and Transformation Coach. since I released my book called Mind Retirement that was birthed after many yrs. of being a coach, a leader, a business strategist.
She considers herself an effective Transformation Coach due to the impact and results she has produced in various executive coaching programmes where she has participated in such Transnet, SAICA, Allan Gray, SEDA and in her own company called Mind Retirement Institute. Puseletso has been involved in some of the TV and Radio shows and contributed as a Transformation coach.
Puseletso’s unique approach blends mind-body techniques such as cognitive therapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and mindfulness, creating a comprehensive journey toward personal transformation.
Her passion for helping others is deeply rooted in her own experiences overcoming significant challenges, including the mother wound and sexual abuse. This journey inspired her to earn degrees in Somatology and Executive Coaching, along with certifications in Transformation Coaching, Life Coaching, and more.
