With over 15 years of experience across Africa, she is currently the Chief People Officer at Floatpays, where she aligns people strategies with business objectives to cultivate high-performance cultures. Passionate about diversity and inclusion, she co-founded Women’s Tech Connection, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering women in the technology sector.
