Singer. Voice Artist. MC. Radio DJ. Bunny Majaja holds down the mid-afternoon weekday slot on multi award-winning community radio station Hot91.9FM
With an easy eloquence, her infectious laughter and her inescapably enigmatic charm.
Between 2PM and 4PM, you can catch Joburg’s Best Old Skool and R&B along with Bunny’s naturally warm on-air presence, as she burrows her way into the hearts of anyone within earshot.
Finding her footing in the entertainment industry with a Top 5 finish on Season 9 of South African Idols, Bunny has since begun to fill her repertoire with everything from international singing residencies, MC’ing for corporates, servicing local and international voice over clients.
Copy writing for direct and national clients at Hot 91.9FM, Classic FM and for renown media house United Stations, and even cracking an SA Radio Awards nomination for Best Daytime Show two years running (nominated alongside mentor and colleague Mark Pilgrim is a bit of a feather in the cap in this instance, for the 3 short years she’s been in radio).
When Bunny Majaja is not in the studio or on stage, Bunny takes on freelance copywriting projects and writes short stories (children’s fiction).
